Mark Twain said, “Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.”

Let’s make 2023 a year where the deaf can hear, the blind can see, and the reader can enjoy the elements of a well-written story.
Equally important is that the next few months will set the stage for my protagonist William Fox. The soon-to-be-released novel outfoxed has undergone the final post-production revisions and is now complete.
The publishing specialist expected my final approval of this book to be polished like a diamond after being processed from a dull rock to a beautiful gemstone. Subsequently spending a few days of holiday time on improving the content and proofreading, was well worth it. I believe it’s as good as it can get.
From January 3rd, my submission date, it should take three to four business days to complete the publication queue. Then the book should be ready for distribution and sale sometime in January according to the schedule.
I dare say a few oversights may have eluded the writer and proofreaders. Nevertheless, the book will be available for you to read early in the new year.

Weather in Ontario took on a spring-like transformation after the blizzard of last week. My wife Angela and I decided to go for a walk in the Conservation area. On our way out, our mailman greeted us with a bundle of mail. In it, I found an envelope addressed to me from the Library of Congress United States Copyright Office.
My wife was so excited for me, that we opened up the envelope on the side of the road, and received a wonderful surprise. Outfoxed: An Inspector, William Fox Adventure had been copyrighted in the United States on December 13th in time for it to become my Christmas present. I’m delighted to say it was a glorious surprise.
I hope you all receive good surprises in the new year and it brings forth bountiful rewards for all of us, as we all strive to make the world a better place.
Happy New Year!
